You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical and psychotherapy services.

Good Faith

Estimate

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. This includes psychotherapy services.
  • You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles take over. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore what’s keeping you stuck and start making meaningful changes. My approach is warm, practical, and deeply relational—I help you recognize patterns that no longer serve you and guide you in building self-trust, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to increase self-awareness, explore how past experiences shape your current struggles, and develop strategies that help you move from surviving to thriving. Depending on your needs, therapy may include a mix of guided self-reflection, nervous system regulation techniques, communication skills, and boundary work. Over time, you’ll gain greater clarity, emotional resilience, and the ability to make choices that align with the life you want to create.

Individual

Past experiences can leave deep imprints, shaping how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Trauma therapy provides a safe space to process those experiences without becoming overwhelmed. My approach blends nervous system regulation, relational healing, and practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control.

We’ll begin by creating a sense of safety and stability, focusing on regulation strategies that help you manage distressing emotions. As you build confidence in your ability to regulate your nervous system, we can explore past experiences in a way that feels manageable and empowering. Whether you’re recovering from toxic relationships, childhood wounds, or major life events, we’ll work at your pace to rebuild a sense of safety, connection, and empowerment. Healing isn’t just about reducing symptoms—it’s about reclaiming your sense of self and creating a life you want to fully engage with.

Trauma

Trauma and distressing experiences can feel like they’re stuck on repeat in your mind and body. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps process and resolve those memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge. My approach to EMDR is integrative—I combine this structured trauma-healing method with relational therapy and nervous system regulation tools to ensure you feel safe and supported.

EMDR typically follows a structured 8-phase process that includes history-taking, identifying key distressing memories, using bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to reprocess those memories, and reinforcing positive shifts. Early sessions focus on stabilization and resourcing to ensure you feel prepared before deeper trauma processing. EMDR isn’t just about “getting over” the past—it’s about freeing yourself from its grip so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and incredibly challenging. Whether you’re struggling with communication, navigating differences in needs and perspectives, or working through the impact of mental health on your relationship, couples therapy offers a space to reconnect and grow together. I also believe that play and shared joy are essential for strong relationships. While we’ll work through challenges, we’ll also focus on how you can bring more lightness, laughter, and fun into your relationship. Therapy isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about building a deeper connection, strengthening trust, and creating a relationship that feels good to be in.

Sessions focus on understanding your relationship dynamics, improving communication, and strengthening emotional connection. Using the Gottman Method and trauma-informed relational therapy, we’ll identify unhelpful cycles, explore attachment needs, and develop skills to navigate conflict in a healthier way.

Couples

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and this consultation is a chance for us to see if we’d be a good fit. In this brief call, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, how I may be able to help, and whether my expertise aligns with your needs. This is also an opportunity for a quick “fit check”—therapy works best when you feel comfortable with your therapist, so we’ll get a sense of how we connect before scheduling an intake session. There’s no pressure or obligation—just a chance to explore whether working together feels right for you.
